Connie offers 60 minute & 90 minute Sessions.

$80 for 60min. session

$115 for 90min. session

$333 for a 3 session package of 90min. sessions to be used within 3 months 

NOTE: There is a $10 travel fee for clients that are 15 to 40 minutes drive time for the practitioner.

Currently: Connie is seeing clients at their homes on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Life-thread Weaving Sessions

1½ hour/$115 —Initial Session;

We will take in your story and use hands-on techniques and gentle movement to assess and address what has presented itself. This can be a stand alone session. However, in order to facilitate deeper integration it is helpful to follow up with a package of either 1 hour sessions or 1½ hour sessions.

3 session package of 1hour sessions /$233

Stress Release Hands-on flow

this is a more general use of Hands-on techniques specific to the movement streams of the discipline of spacial Dynamics® you may choose this Flow if you wish to relieve stress, stiffness or pain. you may also choose to experience the Spacial Dynamics® Streams to begin to feel more at home in your body.

1hour/$80—These hands-on techniques are done while you are fully clothed in comfortable clothing that allows for gentle movement. 

Nourish Mama with Littles* Package

This package is meant to bring relaxation to your body and nourishment to your soul. Also it is an opportunity for your children to witness you being cared For. Depending on how your child takes in the experience they may wish to participate or may simply take it in more subtly.It is a gift for your relationship either way. As I am also trained in early childhood development and Education I am able to accomodate which ever direction things go.  

1 session with just mama 1hour — We meet and do an assessment with hands-on techniques & gentle movement. This is an opportunity to speak freely without little ears and to set expectations for the next 5 sessions.

5 sessions with children 1½ hour —

Whole package/6 sessions/ $633 *Littles are your children aged 6 and younger.
