Intuitive Life-thread Weaver & Healing Path Guide
Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong® is a system that has been developed and birthed by Daisy Lee out of her more than 30 years immersing herself in the study and practice of qigong. Her deep insight and mastery allow her to discern movements and forms that are most beneficial for the female body, psyche and Spirit.
In this 7 week series we will begin to experience, play with and connect to the healing, rejuvenating & centering qualities embedded within us and nature. We will use the forms of this system to embody the wisdom that master lineage holders entrusted to Daisy Lee so that we could find peace and harmony within ourselves and share it with others on our paths.
This is a Beginners Class of Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong level 1.
All movement levels are welcome, keeping in mind that we will be moving outdoors on the grass.
These seven classes are designed to be a series, each one building upon what came before. Each class will be an hour long. When we arrive we will do some warming up. You know your body and are responsible for your wellbeing. Give yourself the time you need to arrive and acclimate to the surroundings.
You may want to bring a notebook to capture any gems that you discover during our time together. Also water to replenish your body and perhaps a sturdy Stick if balancing presents a challenge for you. While there are a few benches near by, we will be standing for the hour so you may want to bring a blanket to sit upon if you need a break.
Please don’t hesitate to give me a call if you have found this Series after the start date or if you cannot come to each of the dates. We can see if there is a way to catch you up & how best to proceed to keep the healthy flow of the whole group.
I am delighted that Ooms is the beautiful location for this series. However, Columbia Land Conservancy is not the organizer and should NOT be called for details.
